Boston Music Awards 1995
Date: November 2, 1995
Venue: Orpheum Theatre, Boston
Aerosmith? New Kids on the Block? Pat Metheny? James Taylor? New Edition? Nope, not there. Nowhere in sight. Last night’s Boston Music Awards — held in the funky Orpheum rather than the Wang Center of years past — were not driven by blockbuster celebrities. A few limousines were still parked out front, but many of the participants and winners likely came by mass transit, not by chauffeur.
