Covid-19 | Boston Music Awards update

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the 2020 Boston Music Awards will look a little different. We’re continuing to monitor State guidelines for any changes that may allow a large in-person event, but the health and safety of our guests is something we’d never put at risk. With that said, there will be no in-person celebration this year. We sincerely apologize for this disappointing news.

Like you, we’ve missed live music more than we can put into words. However, the spirit displayed by our music community — even under these terrible conditions — has given us hope for a brighter future. We look forward, more than ever, to celebrating the artists, producers, studios, venues, photographers, writers, promoters, bookers, and creators this year.

Ballots and Voting will be online, as usual. Winners will be announced December 11th at 12pm EST via our website/social media.
